In all mix-designs, there was a significant relationship between the cement/water ratio and the compressive strength. Compressive strength of 1026kg/cm2 at 91 days was obtained using a water/cement ratio of 25%. 5 shows the relationship between the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and the freezing-thawing cycle. The result of freezing-thawing resistance by using the new superplasticizer ensured durable concrete to 300 cycles. 6 shows the result of the carbonation of concrete. The rate of carbonation was restricted with the decrease of a water/cement ratio.
